Availability, pricing, deposits, amenities and other commercial terms remain subject to verification and may change until a booking or agreement is formally confirmed.

11. DATA SECURITY

Surya PG may use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information being processed.

However, no internet connection, mobile communication, email service, third-party platform or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly, Surya PG does not warrant or guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted operation or immunity from cyberattacks, unauthorised conduct or technical failures.

This provision does not limit obligations imposed upon Surya PG by applicable law.

12. UNAUTHORISED THIRD-PARTY ACTIVITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Surya PG will not be responsible for acts or omissions solely attributable to independent third parties outside Surya PG's reasonable control, including:

• Telecommunications failures

• Social-media platform failures

• Unauthorised attacks on independent third-party systems

• Fraudulent impersonation of Surya PG

• Phishing messages

• Malicious links sent by unauthorised persons

• Independent misuse of information by persons who did not receive such information from Surya PG

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
